1) Safety oriented, creating an inherently safe backup power system

Safety is the lifeline of backup power systems. The MINDSEC Ai Li container lithium battery system establishes a comprehensive safety defense line from battery cell selection to system design. It strictly selects A-grade battery cells from first-line brands, which have high consistency and thermal stability, and excellent performance.

The implementation of security is more important in prevention, which focuses on discovering problems first and ensuring that even if problems occur, effective measures taken in the early stages can nip them in the bud. Discovering problems requires a highly intelligent BMS system, and the BMS should be able to work independently without relying on resources outside the PACK. MINDSEC fully encapsulates the BMS within the battery PACK, condensing the two levels of the traditional three-level battery management architecture into the PACK. Even in the event of external communication interruption, it can still work independently and comprehensively manage work, including safety work. BMS takes immediate measures (such as alarms or protections) upon discovering signs of battery cell degradation through intelligent data analysis, prompting operation and maintenance management.

The data center has no upper limit on product security requirements, and after years of research and development, MINDSEC has launched an immersive security design solution.

Immersion safety technology immerses the battery cells completely in protective agents to ensure temperature consistency during normal operation; Ensuring that the battery operates at a lower temperature during the charging and discharging process greatly improves the working life of the battery cell. When thermal runaway occurs in battery cells, protective agents can effectively reduce the intensity of the harm caused by thermal runaway by cooling, diluting, and isolating oxygen, and completely prevent the occurrence of thermal spread, thus achieving the intrinsic safety of PACK.

Adopting immersion design technology to achieve intrinsic safety of battery modules and suppress the risk of thermal runaway from the source.


2) Efficient and convenient, with significant advantages in reducing costs and increasing efficiency

High density and large capacity: A 20 foot container can meet the 15 minute backup power requirements of 6 sets of 600kVA UPS, and the extremely small footprint makes energy deployment more flexible.

Rapid construction and maintenance: The system adopts factory prefabricated production. After being hoisted in place on site, only external input cables and cables from the container to UPS need to be connected to complete the construction, greatly reducing the construction period; Adopting a plug-in design, replacing a battery module only takes a few minutes; After replacement, the system automatically detects and performs consistency management, quickly bringing all battery modules to a consistent working level, completely avoiding the extensive construction and testing work required for battery replacement of individual modules.

Long lifecycle and intelligent operation and maintenance: No battery replacement is required throughout the entire lifecycle, with a service life of up to 10 years, far exceeding the lifespan of lead-acid batteries by 4-6 years; In terms of operation and maintenance, the main focus is on the inspection of the dynamic environment system, with automatic monitoring and self-protection, eliminating the need for manual verification, discharge testing, and other tedious work, greatly freeing up maintenance manpower.

Flexible adaptation, worry free for multi scenario applications: The system supports decoupled applications and has the ability to work independently when unable to communicate with the power system. With strong adaptability, it can fully meet the needs of the previous generation of power systems for upgrading lead-acid batteries.


3) Integrated backup and storage

The product supports integrated backup and storage applications, allowing for peak shaving and valley filling in areas with favorable electricity price differentials, thereby reducing operation and maintenance costs; In areas with good scenic conditions, it can support the integration of new energy, increase the proportion of green electricity usage in data centers, reduce operating costs, and contribute to the "dual carbon" initiative.


4) Platform based design
