Mingde Yuanneng MD-9000 series evaporative cooling fluorine pump air conditioner is a new generation of green, energy-saving and precision air conditioning products developed through years of technological accumulation, research and development, laboratory testing, and actual joint testing in computer rooms.


MD-9000 creatively combines evaporative natural cooling energy-saving technology with fluorine pump natural cooling energy-saving technology, continuously optimizes the two independent energy-saving technologies, and miniaturizes the evaporative fluorine pump natural cooling air conditioning units that were originally suitable for large data centers, meeting the actual needs of different particle size data centers. It can achieve multi-level natural cooling operation mode in large, medium, and small data centers, Reduce the power consumption of the refrigeration system during the operation of data centers, reduce the impact factor of data center refrigeration energy consumption, and ultimately reduce the overall PUE of the data center, achieving green and efficient operation of the data center. This is suitable for newly built data centers with green and energy-saving needs, as well as energy-saving renovations of air conditioning systems that increase power and reduce PUE in existing data centers.


The fluorine pump energy saving module of MD-9000 series units, as another set of refrigeration "engine" besides the compressor, has the unique "double engine the third mock examination" energy saving operation capability of fluorine pump natural cooling units, namely: compressor mode/hybrid power mode/fluorine pump natural cooling mode, which can be intelligently and dynamically switched according to outdoor climate conditions and indoor load demand.


When the outdoor temperature is relatively high, the unit operates in the "compressor+evaporative spray energy-saving mode" to provide sufficient cooling capacity indoors, and can also minimize the operating load of the air conditioning in hot weather.


During the outdoor transition season, the unit operates in a "hybrid+evaporative spray energy-saving mode". The fluorine pump boosting system assists the compressor in operation, reducing the condensation temperature. Evaporative natural cooling can allow the air conditioning unit to enter the hybrid energy-saving mode in advance, greatly extending the natural cooling utilization time. The refrigerant pump transports the high-temperature refrigerant outdoors for cooling, saving compressor power consumption and improving the overall energy efficiency ratio.


When the outdoor temperature is low, the unit operates in the "fluorine pump natural cooling+evaporative spray energy-saving mode". The unit intelligently switches and, based on temperature changes, allows the air conditioning unit to enter the pure fluorine pump natural cooling mode earlier than ordinary fluorine pump air conditioners. The low-power fluorine pump system replaces the high-power compressor to operate, fully utilizing the outdoor natural cooling source and reducing the overall operating power of the air conditioning unit. When the temperature further decreases, the unit will promptly turn off the spray energy-saving mode and operate in the "pure fluorine pump natural cooling energy-saving mode".


The Mingde Yuanneng MD-9000 series evaporative cooling fluorine pump, even in the South China region where the average temperature throughout the year is relatively high, still has an energy-saving rate of more than 15% higher than traditional computer room air conditioning.
