Job requirements

● Bachelor degree and above, electrical, automation and other related majors.

● computer application ability, familiar with the use of various types of office software (word, excel, PPT, etc.)

● 2 years or more of relevant experience, good customer service awareness, team spirit and communication skills.

● Resident in Beijing or Shijiazhuang, can adapt to short-term travel inside and outside the province.

● Have relevant operator experience or Electrician's certifications is preferred.

Job responsibilities

● Responsible for the installation guidance, testing and after-sales maintenance of DPS and Micro-module products .

● Solve customers' questions in the process of using products, and provide corresponding technical support solutions.

● Participate in training users, provide on-site guidance and other after-sales technical support work;

● Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination of the company, maintaining good customer relationship;

● Make corresponding project completion documents, supervise the acceptance of the project.

Job responsibilities

● Responsible for market planning and construction of target areas (mainly but not limited to telecom operators); maintaining middle-level and high-level customer relationship, develop core customer relationship;

● Transform market clues and opportunity points to revenue, and response the sales quota of target area;

● Excavate customer needs, promote project development, follow up the implementation of customer needs in the whole process, and be responsible for customer satisfaction;

● Collect customer demand information and be responsible for building a benign partner ecosystem around customers.

Job requirements

● According to the product requirements, define the software and hardware functions of the communication energy controller and formulate a reasonable scheme;

● Lead the software and hardware development project, schematic design, review and verification of the controller, PCB design and review;

● Carry out system joint debugging with software engineers to analyze and eliminate product faults;

● Write product related technical and standard documents according to development requirements.

Job responsibilities

● Relevant working experience in telecommunication power system, power battery industry, energy storage industry or inverter manufacturer;

● Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic technology, electrical and automation control, communication, etc., with at least two years of relevant working experience;

● Proficient in using PCB design software such as Altium designer and Allegro, with rich experience in Multi-layer PCB design;

● Proficient in using STM32, STM8S and other applications, at least proficient in C / C++ language, proficient in using IAR, Keil and other software development tools.

● Be familiar with RS485, CAN, MODBUS and other industrial BUS communication protocols, application programming of embedded interface (such as UART, USB, IIC, SPI and so on), Multi-thread and inter thread communication development.
